I asked a friend what advice he had for me in giving my daughter away on her wedding day. "Prepare to fall off a cliff", he said! Today is the day. I don't know if I will fall off a cliff but I am faced with a collision of emotions - excitement, nervousness, tension, sadness...but most of all gratitude. I am grateful for the beautiful daughter she is. I am grateful for watching her grow and being part of her life. I am grateful for the blessing she is.
